<p>VINELAND STATION, ONTARIO - April 20, 2012, Priva North America
and Canadian Climatrol Systems celebrated 25 years of business
together in 2010. Priva North America and Canadian Climatrol
Systems started working together in February 1985 as a
manufacturing-dealer partnership. For the last quarter of a
century, Priva and CCS have worked together on many major projects
as well as smaller, local projects.</p>

<p>When Priva and <a href="http://www.ccsbc.com/">CCS</a> first
started working together on greenhouse automation projects, the
industry was still developing and both Priva and CCS were on the
forefront of emerging technologies. Twenty-five years later, Priva
and CCS continue to offer the market with innovative technologies
with the goal of conserving energy and resources. While the
greenhouse industry has changed drastically in the last 25 years,
Priva and CCS have adapted to serve the markets.</p>

<p>Finn Pedersen founded CCS in February 1985 with the
encouragement of Jan Prins, co-founder of Priva. Mr. Pedersen
started CCS to service Priva computers on the west coast of Canada.
Throughout the growth of Priva and CCS, the relationship between
Mr. Pedersen and Mr. Prins grew with respect. CCS remains a family
owned and operated business which continues to serve clients on the
west coast.&nbsp; Mr. Pedersen notes that "without the support and
respect of Mr. Prins and Priva, CCS wouldn't be where we are today.
We had humble beginnings as a home-based business in 1985 and in
1997 we opened our own commercial building. We are grateful to
Priva and are proud business partners and we are looking forward to
25 more years with Priva."</p>

<p>Mike Marino, Commercial Horticulture Manager for Priva North
America explains that "the business relationship between Priva and
CCS has grown tremendously over the past 25 years, to the extent
that it is more of a friendship than business relation. Our
relationship is paramount for success; today and for tomorrow, thus
allowing CCS and Priva to deliver some of the largest and most
technically advanced projects in the greenhouse industry."</p>

<p>Priva and CCS will continue to work together with new aims in
the greenhouse automation industry. By delivering services that aim
to <a href="http://www.priva.ca/en/products/vialux-hd-uv">recycle
water</a> and conserve energy use, this relationship is built upon
delivering sustainable practices to a growing industry.</p>

Niagara area. The ride will be held on Sunday, September
9th, 2012.</p>

<p>A team of six riders from Priva North America will be training
for the September cycling event supported by fellow colleagues
within the Priva corporate network. Priva will be raising funds
with the hopes of surpassing the $3,500 fundraising goal. The
<em>Big Move Cancer Ride</em> is an annual cycling event with
varying distances throughout the scenic Niagara region.</p>

<p>Priva North America is proud to support a necessary cause that
is close to home. Recently, a number of Priva employees have
undergone unimaginable challenges related to cancer and its
effects. The <em>Big Move Cancer Ride's</em> commitment to cancer
support and treatment in the Niagara area is a cause Priva North
America is proud to support.</p>

<p>Priva North America General Manager Kornel Strzalkowski notes
that "the thought of Priva North America entering and supporting

community right here in Niagara. We are looking forward to training
and coming together to support a cause so close to the Priva
family".</p>

CSA/UL approved products have met the most rigorous in testing,
safety and quality control and are approved for the Canadian and
American markets. The CSA has over 2,600 standards to protect
everything from electrical equipment to gas heaters to building
bricks. The CSA also makes frequent site and factory visits to
ensure all manufacturing is produced in a safe, controlled and
secure manner.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The consumers of today and tomorrow are increasingly opting for
quality produce that is healthy and safe, but also cultivated
sustainably. Also governments are setting more stringent
requirements in terms of emission reduction in horticulture.
Growers and propagators want to respond to this development and
reduce their own costs at the same time.</p>

<p>Three factors have a profound influence on the quality and yield
of produce: seed variety, the greenhouse climate and Root Zone
Management. These have to be properly correlated. During the
seminar, Grodan and Priva demonstrated how their collaboration
leads to optimal results in the area of efficient and
sustainable<br />
cultivation. Andrew Lee (Grodan) en Nicole Nulkes (Priva) gave
insight into the efficiency benefits that a flexible and structured
irrigation strategy can bring. Important issues, which Grodan and
Priva jointly facilitate with their solutions, are as much drain
recirculation as possible from the start of the cultivation,
accurate and regular measurements of the drain, adjustment of
nutrient levels through precision dosing and accurate measurement
and control of WC and EC in the root environment.</p>

<p>Grodan and Priva also stressed the importance of cooperation
between suppliers to be able to provide optimally geared advice and
maximise Precision Growing benefits. The seminar organised by Horti
Alliance, in which knowledge about the greenhouse climate and the
root environment are linked, is a good example of<br />
this cooperation.</p>

<p>During the course of next week a complete video report and
sheets of the Precision Growing seminar will be accessible via the
